With over 25 years experience in designing and refurbishing practices, we understand the requirements of CQC, HTM01-05, and building standards.
Whether this be for DDA compliance, DSE, RPA, fire or building regulations approval, our team have the knowledge to ensure your refurbishment ticks all the boxes.
Our team of surgery design experts will consider the ideal layout, patient and clinical teams workflow, type of dentistry being performed, and of course the preference of how you, or an associate, likes to work.
Taking all this into consideration we can support you in your choice of dental chairs, and cabinetry selection. Then we work with you to consider the aesthetics, lighting, flooring and any further features of the room.

More than 25 years of experience in designing, building and project managing dental clinic refurbishment has given us the understanding and expertise to create clinical and non-clinical dental spaces that work on all levels.
Our team consists of interior and CAD designers who consider spatial planning and functionality, whilst the styling elements focus on the furnishings and finishes of the interior. We not only create the design concept, but we have a team that will support you throughout the construction phase of the whole project.
We understand the demands of working around a busy practice or the importance of keeping to schedules when managing a dental build. Collaborating with you to confirm project requirements, budget, and schedule.
Many years ago, when I first started supporting dentists with their dental practice refurbishments, we had a client who had been a long-term dental engineering client and had bought used equipment for the surgeries. Her practice was not in the best location, and she had been talking with me for several years about doing a larger refurbishment. Then one day her husband called me and said they wanted to finally get this project underway. A few weeks after we completed the refurb, I went to see her, and she just burst into tears; she couldn’t believe how it had changed her working life. She hadn’t enjoyed going to work before and it really had changed how she felt about her work. The refurb really inspired her and gave her the confidence to take the practice to the next level. From this project, I became passionate about supporting people to not only create a lovely space for their patience to experience, but it also showed me the power of a 'considered' interior on the health and vitality of a team.

So often we have seen clients with dental clinic designs that are fictitious, and with layouts that don’t conform to HTM-01-05 or document M – we understand the rules, and our designs give an achievable solution.
Our approach to creating dental practice interiors is divided into two phases: the conceptual stage and the design development stage.
Historically interior designers have communicated their proposed designs through a series of moodboards. We provide our clients with the opportunity to ‘experience’ every inch of the dental clinic design from all angles before they invest in the build; our 3D Visualisation software will allow you to explore all your interior design options before you commit.
Our unique 4,000 sq ft showroom with a dedicated interior design area offers you a chance to work through plans and concepts whilst being able to see samples and products. Be inspired to take your new space to the next level.
So, we have the concept, now to break down the detail, and ensure that our designs are completed accurately and to a high standard.
In this phase, we provide costs for all the interior elements, a room-by-room ‘picking list’ for builders on site, project managers, and other suppliers to work from, and elevations of specific areas. We have trade accounts with many different suppliers to ensure you get the best discounts, however, if other furniture and accessories are required, we can help source these. We will ensure we have time on-site and communicate all the way through the project with you and those involved to bring your new practice to life.

From the moment we engaged with Kirsty, she exhibited a profound understanding of the unique requirements of a dental practice, blending practicality and aesthetics seamlessly. Following our initial meeting, she meticulously curated every element of the design, from the colour palette to the choice of ergonomic furniture, ensuring that every aspect of the clinic not only looked fantastic but also functioned flawlessly.
I wanted to make sure the clinic had an inviting atmosphere. Kirsty skillfully integrated natural light and maximised our space, making the clinic open and welcoming. Throughout the project, Kirsty maintained open lines of communication and was receptive to our input.
