The Planmeca Viso G7 CBCT Digital Imaging System is an ideal combination of premium image quality and high-end usability. The Planmeca Viso product family consists of two great CBCT units, Planmeca Viso G5 and Planmeca Viso G7, both offering fantastic image quality and the same great features.
Live Virtual FOV Positioning
Patient positioning is done directly from the units control panel utilising integrated cameras and a live patient view. You can see the patient live from the control panel for flexible and exact FOV positioning. The volume size can also be adjusted freely.
Planmeca CALM
Planmeca CALM movement correction algorithm is excellent for patients who have difficulty remaining completely still, it eliminates the need for retakes by cancelling the effects of patient movement.
Planmeca Ultra Low Dose
All Planmeca CBCT units offer Planmeca Ultra Low Dose imaging protocol. Achieve an average dose reduction of 77% without a statistical reduction in image quality.
Planmeca was established in 1971 and is a Finnish manufacturer of high-tech dental equipment, such as 3D and 2D digital imaging devices, dental units, CAD/CAM solutions, and software. Planmeca offer dental clinics a completely digital solution, based on the capability to network all digital dental equipment with one software platform.
Large 25x30 cm Sensor
Planmeca Viso offers a wide volume selection to cover all clinical needs – from a single tooth to a full skull. It lets you acquire single scans covering the entire maxillofacial area without the need for stitching, as the large sensor can capture a single-rotation CBCT scan that is 19 cm high. The unit’s 3D sensor is also fully capable of 2D imaging.
Improved Planmeca ProFace Photos
The units sensor has four built in cameras and LED strips for capturing highly detailed 3D photographs, a new way of capturing Planmeca ProFace facial photos creating a virtual patient.
120 kV Tube Voltage
Planmeca Viso’s 120 kV tube voltage option enables optimised quality for challenging imaging cases – reducing artifacts and ensuring higher contrast images.
Cephalostat option
Planmeca Viso can be equipped with a Planmeca ProCeph one-shot cephalostat. One-shot ceph acquisition takes less than a second and eliminates the risk of patient movement.
