Description

Planmeca ProMax 3D Plus

See Beyond the Dentition

The Planmeca ProMax 3D Plus is one member of the ProMax family. It provides an extended view of the maxillofacial region, covering more than just dentition.

Planmeca CALM

Patient movement can cause problems when taking 3D images. Planmeca's CALM algorithm allows for the removal of artifacts caused by movement- leading to a much sharper final image without having to re-take images.

Low Dose Images

This is a standard feature on all Planmeca's 3D units. Planmeca's Ultra Low Dose imaging protocol allows you to capture CBCT images with an even lower dose than panoramic images.

SCARA Technology

Planmeca's SCARA (Selectively Compliant Articulated Robot Arm) technology allows their imaging units to produce precise movements without any restrictions.

Planmeca was established in 1971 and is a Finnish manufacturer of high-tech dental equipment, such as 3D and 2D digital imaging devices, dental units, CAD/CAM solutions, and software. Planmeca offer dental clinics a completely digital solution, based on the capability to network all digital dental equipment with one software platform.

Multifaceted Imaging

The ProMax 3D Plus is an all-in-one unit that is capable of capturing all image types. It supports 3D imagery, panoramic and cephalometric imaging.

Comprehensive Imaging Software

Planmeca's Romexis software platform offers a varied selection of imaging tools to meet the imaging needs set by any dental facility. It addition to 2D and 3D imaging, it supports the entire CAD/CAM workflow.

Quality Endodontic Imaging

With a voxel size of 75 μm, Planmeca's endodontic imaging mode is ideal for capturing small anatomical details. Even the most difficult treatment areas are clearly visible due to the extremely high resolution.
