Project Overview

I first came across Hague following a Google search for a turn-key squat dental practice company when I began planning the practice. Their website was informative and provided really helpful advice with examples of other clinics they had completed. I later heard positive feedback about them from fellow dentists, which gave me further reassurance in reaching out.

I visited the Hague showroom during the planning stages. I would absolutely recommend a showroom visit to other dentists; seeing the equipment first-hand and speaking to the team made the planning process much easier and more informed. I chose Hague because of their genuine, non-pushy approach. From the first conversation, Chris was patient, supportive, and provided honest advice regarding design, location, and surgery planning. I had never built a squat before so having his help to understand costs to present to the bank was also very helpful. I felt from the outset that Hague truly had my best interests at heart, which set them apart from others.

The project overall was very positive. The team were friendly, professional, and demonstrated a high attention to detail throughout. They were flexible whenever needed and helped to manage any unexpected challenges efficiently. Hague particularly excelled in their communication, their willingness to go the extra mile, and the quality of their design input. A good example of this was when my waiting room chairs were delayed — Hague arranged to lend me chairs for my CQC inspection at short notice, ensuring that the delay did not cause disruption.

The handover and training on the equipment were clear and thorough. The installation team were helpful and made sure I felt confident in using all the equipment before completion. Although I worked with a separate building contractor, Hague liaised directly with them to ensure the installation side of the project ran smoothly. Their ability to coordinate and communicate effectively helped avoid delays and made the process much easier for me.

Hague, and in particular Kirsty, played a major role in the interior design journey. From initial inspiration through to execution, Kirsty’s honest advice was invaluable. She wasn’t afraid to tell me when something wouldn’t work and helped guide decisions professionally to achieve the calm, welcoming space I had envisioned. I am very glad I trusted her guidance.

My favourite part of the new practice is the overall interior feel. Patients comment daily on how the space makes them feel when they enter — many say it is unlike any other dental practice they have visited, with a calming and relaxed atmosphere that puts them at ease immediately. This feedback perfectly mirrors our clinical philosophy of attention to detail and creating a positive experience for every patient.

If I were to offer my 3 top tips to anyone starting a similar journey: first, invest time into the interior design, as it has a bigger impact than you might expect; second, visit a showroom early to help visualise equipment choices; and finally, stay flexible and open-minded, as challenges can and do arise, but solutions are always available with the right team and support from Hague.

”I would highly recommend Hague Dental Supplies. From initial planning to final installation, the team were professional, supportive, and flexible throughout. Their interior design input was exceptional and has had a huge positive impact on both patient experience and the working environment. Thank you to the entire team at Hague.”
