Large Smart-Touch Display

The large Smart-Touch Display makes every stage of the reprocessing workflow intuitive and efficient, from programme selection and user authentication to batch approval and documentation. With seamless data transfer via network connection or USB, MELAcare simplifies compliance, streamlines record-keeping and ensures complete traceability, all through a modern, user-friendly interface.
MELAG Care Oil
The fully synthetic MELAG Care Oil is designed for exceptional efficiency, providing precise lubrication while using only the amount required for each instrument. A single bottle can maintain up to 1,000 instruments, helping to reduce operating costs without compromising performance. Conveniently housed within an easily accessible side compartment, the oil cartridge can be replaced quickly and effortlessly, ensuring minimal disruption to your workflow and maximum uptime for your practice.

- Deep Cleaning with ULTRAflow Technology
Powerful, thorough cleaning inside and out. ULTRAflow Technology uses compressed-air-accelerated demineralised water to remove contaminants effectively, completely chemical-free. The result is exceptional cleaning performance while remaining gentle on your valuable instruments, delivering outstanding hygiene and brilliant results every time.
- Thermal Disinfection
Gentle on instruments, powerful against microorganisms. MELAcare performs thermal disinfection at approximately 95°C (A₀ value 3,000), achieving a broad spectrum of antimicrobial activity while exposing instruments to significantly lower temperatures than traditional sterilisation processes.
- Oil Care – MELAcare Blue Lid
Precision lubrication for optimum instrument performance. The MELAcare Blue Lid delivers fully synthetic oil directly and accurately to all gear channels of rotating instruments, ensuring smooth operation, reliable functionality and long-term value retention.
- Internal Drying and Pre-Cooling
Following reprocessing, the spray and drive channels of your instruments are thoroughly flushed with compressed air, ensuring effective internal drying while simultaneously providing gentle cooling. An intelligent pre-cooling process allows instruments to reach a safe handling temperature quickly, making them ready for use in approximately five minutes after the cycle is complete, without the need for any additional manual steps. The result is improved workflow efficiency, reduced turnaround times and enhanced convenience for the dental team.
