We took over the practice and had been overwhelmed by new patients, so we decided that we needed to put another surgery in. We had installed a new computer system and digital x-rays, but we always felt that the new surgery was going to cause us the most stress.
We went through different companies getting quotes and seeing their teams.
Jim at Hague was probably one of the last people we saw, the sales pitch was very good, however, I was still skeptical until we went to Hague’s showroom and spent about an hour with Jim going through everything; our biggest concern was to have as little disruption to the patients while the surgery was being installed and also I didn’t want to have different tradesmen coming up to me halfway through with problems, Jim assured us this wouldn’t be the case, and we went ahead after talking to few people who had used their services.
The fit took about a week and I have to say that I was completely impressed, there was minimal fuss and disruption, the builders asked to be there at 8 am and always turned up early, the work was very good and I would happily recommend him.
The whole team is great and understands our business and always tries to keep surgery downtime to a minimum, either during an installation or for an emergency repair.
