We are now selling annual service contracts, which makes it easier for clients to keep on top of the maintenance of their equipment. Financially, these contracts are beneficial as the cost can be spread across 12 months as opposed to a large lump sum.
We have a well established engineering team, that is supported by some incredibly experienced customer service advisors. They come together to support you and find solutions to any diagnostic, service, or installation query that you might have, offering the best personal service. We always aim to keep your downtime to a minimum, finding and resolving any issues that you might have as quickly as possible. Rest assured that whenever there might be a problem that is more complicated, we will be on hand until the end to ensure it is resolved as efficiently as possible, communicating with you every step of the way.
