Dear Kirsty and the Hague Dental team,

On behalf of the team at Bridge2Aid, Ian Stephens from Chipping Manor Dental Practice, and Karl O’Higgins from A-dec, I wanted to say a massive thank you for your support of the recent move of Hope Dental Centre in Mwanza – Tanzania.

As you know, this was a huge project to undertake, and it wouldn’t have been possible without the support of the amazing dental industry.

As you know, the project was completed on time, and the team are now very proudly seeing patients in the new building. Before Ian returned to the UK, he took a walk around the practice to give you an idea of the fantastic facility we now have. To watch this video, please click here. Bridge2Aid’s CEO – Mark Topley explains here, what difference your support has made to us. It really will enable us to train more Clinical Officers, to ensure that more people who are living in daily pain will get access to the treatment that they so desperately need. To read some stories of just a handful of patients that your support allows us to help, please click here.

Please find attached a letter to show our appreciation, and explain in a little more detail how your support really will impact the lives of those living in rural East Africa. The Hope Dental Centre team also wanted to show their appreciation of all that you have done, and as they won’t ever be able to say it in person – the attached picture expresses how they feel!

We hope that you have been following the progress of the project on Social Media, and our website – http://www.bridge2aid.org/buildinghope/, and have seen our adverts in Dentistry Magazine – thanking you for your support.

Thanks again, and when Ian returns to Mwanza in October, he will be able to let you know how everything is going. We are also hoping to put a plaque up in the building displaying your company name, so please let us know if you’d be happy with that. Please pass this note of thanks and letter on to your team, so that they know how much we appreciate it your support.

Kind Regards
