Emergency Repairs

Need a repair on your dental equipment fast?

When something goes wrong in your practice, our team is ready to help immediately. One of our award winning customer service team members will be at the other end of the phone, or video chat if you prefer, to discuss the problem and to assess the extent of the issue.

If it is an emergency, we will make arrangements for an engineer to talk you through the problem remotely (sometimes saving you costly call-out fees); and/or to visit your practice at a time that is convenient for you.

We strive to ensure your repair is upon this first call-out. We are proud to offer a very high first-time fix rate.

Equipment Installation

Are you looking for a company to install some dental equipment in your practice?

We take the time to understand your vision and your way of working in detail before we install any equipment. We can either work with you to recommend, supply, and install the equipment (see our products pages) or just to install.

We then turn that into a reality using our experience in dentistry, ensuring that ergonomics, legislation, and timing are considered at every turn.

Our team then work with you until we have a logistical plan that ensures the dental equipment installation runs smoothly.

Equipment Servicing

Are you confused about what service your dental equipment needs and how often?

Most manufacturers now recommend that you service your equipment annually; this is sometimes called Pre-planned Maintenance (PPM).

When calling into our Customer Service Team they will be able to give you advice on which pieces of equipment need servicing, and of course a detailed breakdown of costs, and what would be included in that service.

Please Note: all of our services quoted includes the provision of manufacturer approved service kits. Please check when getting competitive quotes that these are being used. Servicing is carried out to preserve the life of your equipment and to ensure reliability.

When our engineering team visits your practice to carry out scheduled servicing, they will deal with all of your equipment in one sitting to minimise disruption and downtime. We even offer this service at the weekend at no extra charge. Advanced booking on this is essential.

We send out reminders about annual servicing requirements up to two months in advance, ensuring our lines of communication support your practice’s needs.

Once our expert engineers have carried out work in your practice, you will receive certificates and usage booklets, either in hard copy or over email, which can be used to demonstrate CQC and other regulatory requirements.

PSI's on Compressors

Have you read that you might need a PSI Inspection on your vessel but not sure what this is and how often it should be completed?

In 2018 BCAS (British Compressed Air Society) instigated changes to its legislation for Dental Compressors.

At Hague Dental we offer a Pressure Systems’ Compliance Written Scheme and the NEW Pressure System Inspections (PSI’s); in line with the Pressure Systems Safety Regulations for Dental Compressors. The PSI replaces the old PVI (Pressure Vessel Inspection).

When it comes to your annual pressure system inspection, which now needs to be carried out annually, as part of the service, our team of PSI-qualified engineers will do everything required to make sure your compressors and autoclaves receive BCAS certification.

In addition BCAS quotes: “Amongst the provisions of the 19 Regulations there are requirements for a written scheme of examination and consequently an examination in accordance with that written scheme. The equipment to be included shall be all protective devices and every pressure vessel in which a defect may give rise to danger. In addition, those parts of the pipework in which a defect may give rise to danger shall be identified in the scheme.”

Engineers will inspect using an ultrasonic thickness gauge to ensure the integrity of your vessel, removing the pressure relief valve and the pressure gauge to test and certify.

Parts and Loan Equipment

Are you looking for parts for your current or old equipment?

We have a large facility that houses almost every part from all of our dental equipment manufacturers, ensuring your practice remains up and running.

Our engineering team carries an extensive range of parts on each van, so there is an excellent chance any fixes can be made on the spot (we have a 95% first time fix rate). If not, our technicians expertise means that often the problem can be bypassed as a short-term solution while we get the right part in, and we have systems in place to enable us to get hold of non-stocked parts quickly.

We also hold an extensive stock of Loan Equipment including dental suction pumps, compressors, mobile carts, and even chairs. These will delivered to you and installed until your replacement becomes available.

Order regular parts directly by clicking and submitting the form below.

Reports & Insurance

Are you looking for us to write you a report on the condition and value of your current equipment?

On occasion we are asked, as experts in our field, to compile reports for our customers to submit. These may be reports for insurance purposes or for the sale of a dental practice.
Our team would be happy to discuss your specific requirements and to organise a time to visit the site, whether you are a current or new customer.

Dental Upholstery

Are you looking for a company to help re-upholster your dental chair or stool?

If you have a rip or a tear in your chair or headrest upholstery, then in line with CQC requirements you will need to replace this. Or perhaps the chair is just looking a little worse for wear.

We offer two solutions:

  1. Upholstery direct from the manufacturer

Talk to our team about a price new set or part set that will be from your chair manufacturer. Prices can be higher but can avoid costly downtime and callouts.

  1. Re-Cover Current Set or Part Set

We hold sets of loan upholstery (note not all old models) so that we can remove your current seat and headrest, to ensure you can carry on practising with very minimal disruption.

We offer a large range of colour and fabric options, to fit in any practice’s décor, including the current ranges from A-Dec and Belmont.

Over the last 10 years we had so many problems with engineers, from unreliability, poor standard of work, over-priced and even dishonest. Hands on heart I can say Hague Dental stand out the most than any engineer we've had. They are efficient, extremely thorough, and informative, forward thinking, helpful and professional. They may be slightly more expensive, but you get with you pay for. The standard of service you receive, from the initial phone call to the engineer attending on-site is outstanding. These guys are the best around. I wouldn't go anywhere else; I would highly recommend.
